SEFI Annual Conference 2025
First, the Annual Conference of the European Society for Engineering Education (SEFI) will take place from September 15 to 18, 2025, at the Tampere University City Centre Campus in Finland. Registration is open, and the city of Tampere is a beautiful place to be; so, plan some time to explore. The Fall Council Meeting of the IACEE will be held soon after the conference ends, that is, on Thursday, September 18th, from 15:00 to 18:00 Finland time. Several IACEE Council members will join IACEE President Robert Denes Prakash. Professor Christopher Smith, Vice President of European Partnerships, and Professor Aniko Kalman, a longtime Council member, have organized several sessions from the Continuing Engineering Education and Lifelong Learning Special Interest Group of SEFI. IACEE will also participate in these sessions. If you are attending SEFI, we will be delighted to have you there. [Webpage]

WEEF & GEDC 2025: Engineering Education We Need
Second, the World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF) & Global Engineering Deans Council (GEDC) Annual Conference will be held in Daegu, Republic of Korea, from September 21 to 25, 2025, in conjunction with the Korean Society for Engineering Education (KSEE) Annual Conference. Hosted by the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST), this conference will feature both the Leadership Track and the Education Track, catering to administrative and academic audiences. Early Bird Registration is open. Secretary-General Soma Chakrabarti and Council member Patricia Caratozzolo will be attending this conference, and they look forward to seeing you. [Webpage]

CIEC 2026: Transforming Future Together
Third, the Conference for Industry and Education Collaboration (CIEC) 2026, a featured event of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), will celebrate its 50th anniversary in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA, from February 2 to 6, 2026. IACEE has consistently participated in this conference, in partnership with the Continuing Professional Development Division, now known as the Continuing Professional and Online Education Division (CPOED). This year will be no exception. Several of our U.S.-based colleagues, including our president, will attend. This year’s extra attraction is the golden jubilee celebration.
