AnchorA NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Robert Prakash, Stanford University

I am excited to meet many of you at the IACEE  Symposium 2025, "Revitalization of Continuing Engineering Education: Bold Strategies for Program Sustainability," which will be held on April 3-4, 2025, in West Lafayette, Indiana, USA, in collaboration with Purdue University.

The symposium offers a unique opportunity to engage with higher education and corporate leaders who will share insights on emerging opportunities and responses tailored to the changing workforce. Additionally, we will explore new practices, approaches, and models designed to keep engineering education at the forefront of innovation and effectiveness.

As the landscape of continuing engineering education continues to evolve, this symposium will address several key topics critical to today's and future program development. We will delve into how to identify and manage risks in both credit and noncredit continuing engineering education programs, with a focus on financial uncertainties, market volatility, and partnership challenges.
